SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location. Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Deliveries to remote or less accessible locations may take slightly longer. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team within the return window and provide their order details along with the reason for the return. Once the request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.

If a product is received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images or videos. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Return shipping costs may be applicable depending on the reason for the return. Items returned due to customer preference or change of mind may require the customer to bear the return shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
